Deposits made to secure your games are non-refundable in the case of no-shows, but they will be deducted from the total cost when completing the payment prior to playing.
You will be required to sign a declaration in order to take part in Laser Tag missions, this will need to be completed before the game commences and you will get a copy of the below words when you arrive at the arena.
We the undersigned, voluntary sign this declaration and accept that we are participating in a game and utilise all the provided facilities, entirely at own risk and our own free will and that we are in sound physical and mental health to sign this legal and binding document. We further agree that we will abide by the rules and orders given to us by the field marshals or owners at all times. In addition we will no way hold Laser Conflict Ltd or its individual members or staff responsible and indemnify them for any damages to our property or personal injury or ailment to our person whether occurring before, during or after the game. We understand the conditions of the grounds such as holes, mounds, hills, slopes and understand the risk of splinters, cuts, grazes and bruising and any other possible injury that may occur from the use of the equipment and arena props, buildings etc. We will also not hold Laser Conflict Ltd for damages caused to hired equipment if its abused in any way. We are liable to pay for any damages to the equipment or arena props, buildings etc. if they become damaged or lost by our misuse / abuse. We have no right to refunds if we are asked to leave by the field marshals or owners for our misbehaviour.
In addition we declare we are over the age of eight (8) years. Any persons under the age of sixteen (16) years must be supervised at all times by an adult over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Laser Conflict Ltd team may use pyrotechnics that emit bright lights, loud noises and smoke.
I understand sessions played after sunset will have reduced visibility and extra care needs to be taken.
Laser Conflict Ltd team will be taking photos and video for use online on social media and website pages associated with the Laser Conflict Ltd brand.
We understand Laser Conflict Ltd has set the minimum age to take part is eight (8) years and is not responsible for underage players taking part at our discretion. We understand as signatory to this document, we take full responsibility for the player / players taking part.
If you are using the Hypershock system you will also be required to accept the terms below, these are repeated on the form you will be signing for all Laser Tag games
Hypershock is a completely safe and exciting way to play laser tag where a player can get a mild ‘shock’ (59VDC) similar to that given by a ‘TENS‘ machine.
Use of Hypershock requires two disposable pads to be placed directly onto the skin on the back of a player’s shoulders.
Do not use if skin is broken or if more than mild discomfort is experienced. If any of these conditions occur, immediately remove the pads from contact with the skin and unplug the connection to the head sensor assembly.
HyperShock is not recommended for persons with pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators or similar devices and is not recommended if you’re pregnant.
Persons with a history of heart problems, epilepsy, or similar health problems should consult with their doctor before using HyperShock.
